I also used honey instead of agave syrup and hemp milk rather
than almond milk because that's what I had in the cupboard.
I made them with normal milk
rather than almond milk and apple juice as I'm low - carb rather than paleo, and I found they didn't need any other sweetener.
Coconut flour is a lot more absorbent
than almond meal so the liquid to dry ratio will be much different.
It's not as great for folks that are following a low - carb diet since it's higher in
carbs than almond flour.

Coconut flour is a bit
lighter than almond flour, which makes it perfect for cakes, muffins and breads.
My kids all love it and it is more
creamy than almond or coconut milk, so it is great in recipes.
They're made with cashew flour, which is lower in
fat than almond flour, and adds a really good flavor!
They are easier to
grind than almonds and an allergy to cashew nuts is very uncommon in Indian babies.
I would stick with the coconut milk as it has a higher fat
content than almond milk and ensures a nice moist cake.
But I do think half wheat or AP flour could work, although I can not guarantee the amount will be the same since wheat flour is much more
drying than almond.
Of the agricultural land converted to almonds, a lot of it was formerly corn, cotton, winter wheat and tomatoes, which use less
water than almonds.
I have to add that I «accidentally» made the pecan crust rather
than almond on featured with the kale tart.
I think soy milk tends to have slightly less
sugar than almond milk, but I don't think it will make a huge difference overall.
And then when you turn the almond butter into scrumptious chocolate chip cookies we are talking 100 times better
than almonds at this point!
I use almond meal for most recipes as it is cheaper to
buy than almond flour.
While these numbers are a bit less
beneficial than Almond Butter, our Natural Peanut Butter remains a healthy choice.

They get less love on grocery store
shelves than almonds and walnuts, but pumpkin seeds deserve your attention, and will help you have attention to give!
I've been using cashews lately because they are creamy and more
affordable than almonds, but this milk is wonderful with almonds.
These look delicious and I am now allergic to almonds so it's good to see another
option than almond flour.
