trying brazil nuts would be better if you're not allergic as they're creamier and would be more similar to cashews.
* You can use any nuts here but I liked the flavour of the mix I used, which
included brazil nuts, almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts and pecans.
You can also add in some other nuts like anti-oxidant rich pecans, fat - burning macadamia nuts and selenium
rich brazil nuts.
A few batches later (perfecting the temperature and baking time) and I give you my new favorite
brazil nut banana bread.

If you decide that grinding up the ingredients takes too much time, make the
basic brazil nut milk first and then add all the other ingredients.
Rare exceptions include too much selenium from eating too
many brazil nuts and of course, too much saturated fat from foods like coconut and the tropical oils.

So, the hemp seeds get sprinkled on and it's optional because you could use ground
