coconut oil works differently on different people due to us having very different medical conditions or body constitutions, and of course different aging effect.
Aloe vera juice +
liquified coconut oil works wonders for dry skin and hair (we keep in a spray bottle and pop the bottle in a glass of hot water before using).
For the
body Coconut oil works wonderfully as a make up remover, a moisturizer for skin (both face and body), and a conditioner for hair and scalp.
If not, a very light layer
of coconut oil works, or for those who find that too oily, a diluted apple cider vinegar toner helps keep oil at bay.
Some people have a lot of success with acne and oil cleansing with coconut oil, others find a gentle soap cleanser and then moisturizing
