We like to eat this over rice, but you can also serve
over egg noodles if you prefer that.
Then sift about one - third of the flour mixture
over the egg mixture and gently fold in using a rubber spatula or whisk.
Sprinkle the sugar, cornstarch, and salt mixture
over egg whites and fold in gently with a spatula.

Use it
heated over eggs, steak, and vegetables, or cold as a sandwich spread, or a dip for chips or veggies.
I served the chicken in wide shallow
bowls over egg noodles with a full complement of silverware.
As such, I don't see the need to miss out on tasty real food recipes, simply because of
confusion over eggs.
I've spoken with hundreds of people that prefer
casein over egg, and many others that like to mix the two.
Ensure you use the whole
egg over egg whites (if not using flax egg) as it provides the cake batter like texture.
It'd be too hard to choose the embroidered
napkins over the egg - shaped plates — and why should you?
