of nut milks do not have carrageenan, but they do have synthetic vitamins.
First of all,
most of these nut milks are so watered down that you won't receive the nutrients you think you're getting.
No matter what day of the week, no matter what the occasion is, there is nothing better than warmed cookies (or frozen too — I'm weird) paired with a
class of nut milk.
