Add to sauce pan with rest of ingredients and heat over medium heat until thickened.
Cook the pasta in boiling water and drain,
then add to the sauce in the pan and stir over a low heat until combined.
The fresh mint
added to the sauce at the end really adds a wonderful layer of flavor and freshness to the dish.
You are most likely to run into trouble at restaurants, where wheat is commonly
added to sauce as a way to increase its quantity at a low cost.
I prefer fresh pineapple, but if you like your dish sweeter, use canned pineapple and reserve some of the juice from the can to
