Place it in a sheet pan then place your salted zucchini on top and
let it drain for 20 or 30 minutes.
Set it over a deep bowl, cover with plastic wrap and
let it drain in the refrigerator overnight.
If using regular cottage cheese,
let it drain well and pat a bit dry with kitchen paper before using it.
I like to gently shake it out over the sink,
let it drain over a towel on the counter, and then dry the leaves carefully with a towel.

I can see sooo many possiblities - even
just letting it drain overnight then using it as a creamy cheese spread.
One thing I've done when cooking with applesauce (for whatever purpose) is to
let it drain through a colander overnight (you can either keep the drained - off liquid for another use or not).
Just look at his overall philosophy of life affirmation: Essentially that says we shouldn't let all the ideas and doctrine around us and
let it drain our energy.
Remove the onions and
let them drain the excess oil keeping them on a tissue.
My tip would be to salt the shredded zucchini and
let it drain for about 20 to 30 minutes.
