In a bowl whisk egg and cream, then add to original mixture and pulse
until moist.
Pour the liquid into the well and stir to combine, just

Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl; toss with a fork

Drizzle with butter and 1 tablespoon water; toss with a fork
until moist.
Add banana mixture to flour mixture, stirring just

Add flour mixture; beat at low speed just
until moist.
Add to flour mixture, stirring just

until moist and lightly dressed — you don't want to overwhelm the pork flavor, and you can serve extra on the side for dipping as desired.
