I made a bacon jalapeno grilled cheese with
pepper jack cheese for the hubs the other day.
I also put a slice of pepper
jack cheese over the burger, which was a nice texture change and added good flavor.
I used a basil paste, fresh oregano and parsley and a combination of
cheddar jack cheeses which tasted great.
The pepper
jack cheese gives a little kick and the sweetness from the apple cools it down.
Made this recipe with a few variations according to what I had in my pantry - used smaller dried great northern beans and grated pepper
jack cheese because that is what I had.
They have a nice block of hand stuffed pepper
jack cheese along with a tangy and crisp garlic flavor.
Sprinkle the pepper
jack cheese over the dish, cover, remove from the heat and allow the cheese to melt into the dish for 3 - 5 minutes.
The pepper
jack cheese gives these a little bit of a kick on its own, but not enough to bother anyone who doesn't like spicy food.
Cover with
pepper jack cheese slices and then dollop white bean hummus all around, using spoon to spread.
The assembly is really easy: just put the creamed spinach, bacon, mushrooms and
Pepper Jack cheese on top of seasoned chicken breasts and bake everything uncovered to perfection.
Substitute 3 cups finely shredded smoked gouda and 2 cups finely shredded
monterey jack cheese for the cheddar.
I love to use
Monterrey Jack cheese in place of mozzarella whenever it is called for because I just love the flavor of it, but use whatever cheese you like best.

Jack cheese instead of Mossarella cheese and used cumin instead of Italian seasoning.....

I topped it off with some sliced avocado, melted some shredded cheddar and
jack cheese under the broiler and I was in business.
Add shredded greens like romaine, chopped veggies of your choice and / or pico de gallo, sliced avocado, mexican - seasoned cooked ground beef (grass - fed and lean), and a sprinkle of colby -
