Put
bread mixture in small casserole and bake at 325 degree for about 20 minutes.

bread mixture, and vinaigrette separate.
Pour the egg mixture over
the bread mixture in the casserole dish.
Now add
the bread mixture from the pan into the processor and pulse 10 to 15 times.
Add to
bread mixture and fold gently until thoroughly combined.
Pour egg mixture over
the bread mixture.
Top each steak with 1/4 of
breading mixture and broil steaks for about 1 minute or until the crust has browned.
