I thought
about a coconut butter - oil blend but I think that's a last resort as I wanted to continue with the challenge of making them oil / margarine - free.
Butter and coconut oil will get solid in fridge but not so sure
about the coconut cream and how soft it will be with it.
I am not
sure about coconut yogurt, but I know that I have had a reader use coconut milk and she said that it turned out wonderfully.
I was wondering though as I'm new to this type of eating, I see this recipe for the chocolate mouse and am
wondering about the coconut milk.
