used dark chocolate chips with the first ingredient cocoa mass rather than sugar which really helps ramp up the richness and limit the sugar content.
In a microwave safe bowl,
melt dark chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30 - second increments, stirring between each, until melted.
I decided a bold, dark chocolate would complement the subtle white chocolate flavour rather nicely so ended up making some raw
dark chocolate chips too.
In the meantime,
combine dark chocolate chips and vegetable oil in a microwave safe bowl; microwave for 1 minute, checking and stirring every 20 seconds.
